E-Statements


Q: Is there a cost for e-Statements?
A: No, e-Statements are free of charge.

 

Q: How do I setup e-Statements?

A: Here are the steps to setup your e-statements:
    1:  Log in at Woodlands NationalBank.com to access your Online Banking service.
    2:  Ensure you have your personal email address listed under “Services”, “Change Info”
    3:  Select “Services” then “Electronic Statement” on left hand side.
    4:  Check the box that indicates that you have read the terms and conditions.
    5:  Click on “I agree to these terms and conditions” button.
    6:  An email will be sent to your personal email account with your verification code. 
    7:  Enter verification code in the box to the right of the “Enter Verification Code *”
    8:  Check the box next to the accounts you want to receive e-statements on.
    9:  Click on “Submit”.  Enrollment complete!  Thank you!!
    **Follow Steps 3, 8 and 9 to add additional accounts.**

Q: Are e-Statements emailed?
A: No, however a notification email is sent, informing you that the statement is available to view in “Online Banking”


Q: What if my email address changes?
A: You will be able to change your email address in “Online Banking”.


Q: What if I didn't receive my email?
A: Try the following.
-Check your "junk mail".
-Check your email security.
-Check “Online Banking” for correct email address.
-Contact us and we will be happy to help.
 
Q: Are there any system requirements?
A: Yes, In order for you to access and retain your e-Statement records, your system must meet the following requirements:
- Internet access with a valid email address
- An Internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption
- A certified/supported browser
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher, or other compatible PDF viewer


Q: I signed up but did not receive the verification code?
A: Contact us and we will be able to help.


Q: I signed up but I am not able to see the e-Statement?
A: Try the following.
-Be sure you are able to see Adobe files from within your browser.
-Temporary turn off your anti-virus and try again. Some anti-virus software will interrupt the viewing of Adobe files within browsers.
 -Check to see if you are logged in as the primary account holder by contacting us. Example: Husband and wife have a shared account. Both are able to have “Online Banking” however only one person is the primary. (Same applies to business accounts)  To fix this you can either setup/sign in as the primary account holder or come in to the nearest Woodlands National Bank office to change who is the primary account holder. 
-Check to see if you had been combining your statements by contacting us. All accounts would need to be switched to e-Statement in order to see your combined e-Statement.

Q:  When will my statements be available?
A: Your e-Statement will be generated around the same time (cycle) you would have received your paper statement via U.S. Postal Mail. (When signing up for e-Statements you will not see it until the next cycle.)  


Q: Can I enroll into e-Statements by calling?
A: No, regulation states you must enroll online.
